Virginia Laser Engraving

Hello friends and welcome to my little side-hustle, the Virignia Engraving Company.

This new adventure is exciting for me as I’m a SQL DBA during the day and a former wedding videographer too, so it’s something completely new to me and it’s a fun learning experience.

I work in the evenings for a couple hours each day to provide my items.

There are several small laser engraving shops in and around Virginia and many of them offer various pieces for their customers. I wanted to focus mainly on wall plaques and cutting boards although I do some custom and corporate work too.

About My Laser

I have a 40w CO2 laser which is capabile of cutting and engraving wood, leather, powered coated pieces like tumblers, arcylic and even some stone too. The laser has a water chiller circulation system to keep the laser cool plus an exhaust fan that sends smoke and dust out the window, keeping the smell down to a minimun too.
