Do you have a storefront?
Unfortunately, we do not at this time, we only operate on the website.
Can you engrave my item?
That depends on what your item is and if it will fit into our machines. Generally speaking, most small items will fit into one of our two laser engraving systems.
What can you engrave?
We mostly engrave on wood products like cutting boards and plaques, although we can also engrave on most wood, leather, glass, powder-coated metal like drinking tumblers, acrylics, and some polymers. We can also do some metal, but not all types.
What do you charge for engraving something custom?
It depends on what it is and how long it will take. Pricing can range from just a few bucks to a few hundred.
What size pieces can you engrave?
Our lasers can engage pieces upwards of 8” by 12” in size as well as 3” tall by upwards of 4ft long.
Do you offer onsite services?
We can do onsite engraving for select clients and charge a fee to come out and engrave items too large to bring.
I like something on your website, but I want a variation of it, do you offer things like that?
Yes, in fact, we do a lot of custom work and one-off pieces for customers too, if there is something you have in mind. just email me, I may be able to help if I can.
I have a small image, can you engrave that?
Generally, we ask for images to be in a vector file format and be at least 300 DPI in order to get the best results with engraving. You can contact me if you have a question about that.
Do you offer samples of your work?
I do often times make a test sample if you have a large order, such as a tumbler or keychain. I will do them in-house and show you via a photo before getting final approval to knock out the rest of the work. I typically include the sample in the order.
For example, if you order 40 keychains from me, I will include that item, making the total 41 items.
Do you offer wholesale pricing to businesses for reselling?
Yes, I do on select items. Connect with me and ask about wholesale pricing for bulk orders.
What type of lasers do you have?
I have a 40-watt CO2 laser and a smaller 10-watt Diode laser.
O2 laser engravers are more powerful than diode lasers. They can cut more objects as the laser beams provide more heat energy. The optical power of CO2 lasers ranges from 40W to 300W, making the machine which is excellent for cutting and engraving more materials.
Additionally, CO2 lasers have large tubes that have CO2 in them and create chemical reactions to make the beams while diode lasers are more along the lines of the laser at the checkout counter, just far more powerful.
